Rectangular. Approximately 1,075 feet of frontage by 4,000 feet deep. There is an abandoned house and barns on the frontage
Infrastructure:
Water and sewer are being developed along Mink Street summer of 2005. Storm water runs to ditch on site and gas and electric are on the frontage.
Zoning:
The front 1,000 feet of the site is zoned General Business and the back 3,000 feet R-87 Pataskala. General Business allows for office, warehouse and some retail. R-87 requires 2-acre residential lots.

Real Estate Taxes and Abatements:
The site is part of an Enterprise Zone. This qualifies users for abatement on real property tax for up to 100% of new construction and for abatement on personal property taxes for up to 100%.
Access and Proximity to Arterial Highways:
Mink Street is a major arterial connecting Johnstown, Ohio to the west side of Pickerington and crossing SR161, Morse Road, SR 16 (Broad Street) and US 40 (Main Street). I-270 is approximately 5 miles west on SR 16. I-70 is accessed via US 40 to SR310 to I-70, approximately 5 miles.
Topography:
Flat having adequate drainage outlets. There is a wooded area at the rear of the site and two drainage ditches cross the site.
Environmental:
Phase One Report showed no signs of contamination problem. There are some wetland areas in or near the rear wooded areas. The land has been farmed or wooded for local recorded history.
Area Amenities And Services:
Within about a five minute drive the following can be found: McDonalds, Wendy's, Pizza Hut, copy services, two public golf courses and the business districts of Reynoldsburg and Pataskala. These plus additional goods and service establishments likely to spring up along Main Street (US 40) and Broad Street (SR 16) should supply those goods and services necessary to users.
Public Transportation:
At this time there is no public transportation accessing the site.
Other Developments:
Nearby, at Etna Industrial Park a 450-acre development, Too, Inc. has developed a 500,000 square feet distribution center and Pro Logis has commenced development of a planned 3.5 million square feet large box distribution park. The City of Pataskala, Etna Township to the south, the eastern edges of Franklin County to the east and Harrison Township to the west are experience explosive growth in residential and commercial development.
