Somewhat rectangular with about 900 feet of frontage on both Broad and on Watkins or 1,800 feet total. There is a significant ravine that runs through the property, approximately 6 acres, which leaves flat areas of about 5-6 acres on the corner and about 10 acres on the east side. There is an abandoned house. The ravine is wooded.
Water and sewer are developed along the road frontages in sufficient capacity to handle most development. The site can be accessed along both Broad and Watkins.
Zoned B-1 in Harrison Township. This allows for office buildings, light industrial, warehouse and some retail.

SR 310 is about one mile west and leads directly to I-70 (about 5 miles). I-270 is about 9 miles west directly down Broad (SR16).
